SHIPPING & RETURNS:

 

We ONLY offer store credit for orders that have processed & shipped we require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. 

 

Please understand that it takes 24-48 hours to process the order. We do our best to process and ship orders the same day. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

 

We ship via USPS. SHIPPING 3-5 DAYS OR SOONER.

No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information please email us!

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

Wigs

Processing & Shipping times

Made to Order Wigs can take up to 7 days to process. During this time I am receiving the hair from my vendor and making the wig. After that time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping (US Orders)

You Provide the Hair Wigs For local orders wigs will be completed in 4 days. Out of town Wig Orders take up to 5 days to complete and will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.

Return/ Exchange

Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
